Today, I spent the whole day out with friends. First we went to church, then had lunch there. Afterwards we went to have an afternoon coffee at a coffee shop somewhere in Zurich and we ended the day enjoying dinner at our fellow sister's house. Now as usual, my tummy hurts and I feel like I can hardly walk anymore, you know why! (The piggy in me had taken over again)
Anyway, my confession for today was about the wonderful pain I had experienced this exact same day last year. Last year, at this very moment I was in terrible pain, holding tight onto my husband’s hand, fighting hard with the labour contractions.
And today, while typing this entry at this very moment. I can't help but smile. What a wonderful pain it was. Hubby and I were talking about it. We were so in love and happy while observing our little angel sleeping blissfully in his crib. Time is on a really fast track and we can’t believe that we are already turning one year old as parents tomorrow.
