Berlin, Germany 2011

We just came back from a fantastic getaway in Berlin, capital of Germany. David, Dane and I had a wonderful time. Stress free! The hotel had the most amazing service, it was definitely a five star. We were so impressed. The staff made us feel like we were the only vacationers on the property. On the other hand, I've been beyond shocked and pleasantly surprised at how well my baby boy co-operated and slept on this vacation. I literally thought it was going to be T.O.R.T.U.R.E. but I was wrong. He was so calm and enjoyed sightseeing so much. Really amazing. He rode on the airplane for the very first time. He was so wonderful the entire trip. He is definitely loving the traveling. He played for a while, then slept on both plane rides, he just hung out. Also this trip has been nothing but good eats.

love and laughter!

Wow that's sounds awesome! How old is your little one? My baby girl and I will be flying/traveling practically 24 hours in Dec and she'll be 9months by then. Any tips and tricks on how to keep baby calm in the airplane?

Hi Chelo,

THanks for dropping by. My son is 7 months old and my best advice is to bring some entertaining toys for your little one. That helps a lot, so that she won't be bored. Toys with music work wonders(Iphone/Ipad) they have variety of entertainment for kids. If you're breastfeeding, it is also best to help her with the airplane pressure. You can bring paci if she likes it and lots of small snacks for your girl. Good luck sa flight nyo. :-)
