Sesame Green Beans with Chili

I hate dieting. The word itself is not even in my vocabulary. I love food so much that I cannot bear depriving myself from eating. Even when I was pregnant, I never dieted. I ate a lot and I ate everything and my baby was born very healthy.

But one month ago, lil’ D developed some baby rashes. It was likely caused by some of the dairy products that I enjoyed such as milk, cheese, Ice cream, eggs, nuts, fish, my favourite peanut butter etc. What was really disturbing to me was that D’s condition kept deteriorating until I finally found out what his allergies were caused by.

With lil’ D’s situation, a 100 % healthy diet is now in my cup of tea. I have had to cut all my dairy intake, and even oranges, fish and some other dishes that could worsen his skin problem. It is very hard for me, but for my baby’s sake. I am very much willing to do this diet.

As I was on a very strict diet, most of the foods I ate were a vegetarian food. Because aside from the fact that it is healthy and delicious, this way I got to enjoy my food itself and not being sad and bored, because I cannot have even a scoop of my favourite ice cream. I want to share with you one of my favourite and so yummy recipes that even my husband loves.
